✔ Welders should possess valid qualification certificates for the required welding processes.

✔ Crane operators, forklift operators, and drivers must hold valid operating licenses/certifications where applicable.

✔ Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

✔ Candidates available for immediate mobilization will be preferred.
