✅ Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Utilities, Pipeline, or EPC Projects
- Relevant engineering degree, diploma, or trade certification
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, HSE regulations, and project execution
- UAE/GCC project experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
