✔ Experience in Vessel Maintenance, Ship Repair, Offshore Marine Projects, or Drydock Operations

✔ Strong technical expertise in the relevant discipline

✔ Ability to interpret technical drawings, work packs, and project specifications

✔ Experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, or Heavy Industrial Projects preferred

✔ Relevant Technical Diploma, ITI, Trade Certification, or Engineering Degree

✔ Strong commitment to HSE and quality standards
