✅ Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Relevant Diploma, Trade Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree in the applicable discipline.
- Strong technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, metals, heavy industry, rolling mills, production, automation, maintenance, or industrial operations is highly preferred.
