HOTECC is seeking experienced professionals to join our team for an Instrumentation Maintenance & Control Systems project at KNPC Refinery.

 Open Positions (Reliever Roles)

• Instrument Maintenance Engineer
• Instrument Maintenance Supervisor
• Instrument Maintenance Foreman
• Instrument Maintenance Technician

 Instrument Maintenance Engineer

• Engineering Degree (Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Chemical or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience in refinery / oil & gas maintenance
• Strong expertise in:
• DCS, PLC & ESD systems
• Control valves, analyzers & field instruments
• Shutdown, breakdown & preventive maintenance
• Experience with Honeywell / Allen Bradley / Bentley Nevada systems preferred

 Instrument Maintenance Supervisor

• Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics
• 8+ years of experience in refinery / petrochemical plants
• Skilled in:
• Supervising field & control room maintenance
• Managing PM schedules & shutdown jobs
• Reading P&IDs, loop diagrams & control schematics
• Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC & ESD systems

 Instrument Maintenance Foreman

• Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics
• 6+ years of experience in oil & gas / refinery
• Hands-on experience in:
• Instrument calibration & troubleshooting
• Field & workshop maintenance
• Ability to lead teams and enforce safety practices

 Instrument Maintenance Technician

• ITI / NCTVT in Instrumentation / Electronics
• 7+ years of experience in refinery / petrochemical industry
• Skilled in:
• Calibration, loop checking & fault diagnosis
• Pneumatic & electronic instruments
• DCS / PLC systems and smart devices
• Strong troubleshooting and safety compliance skills

 General Requirements

• Mandatory experience in hydrocarbon refineries / petrochemical plants
• Strong commitment to HSE standards
• Ability to work during shutdowns, emergencies & rotational shifts
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
