✅ Candidate Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

✔ Extensive experience in Offshore Oil & Gas, FPSO, SURF, Subsea, EPC, EPCC, Offshore Construction, Drilling, Well Completion, or Production Operations

✔ Strong knowledge of international engineering standards including API, ASME, ISO, IEC, DNV, NORSOK, ASTM, and other industry codes

✔ Proven experience delivering complex offshore energy projects

✔ Excellent leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work within multicultural project environments and meet demanding project schedules
