Candidate Requirements

✅ Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Power, or Heavy Industrial sectors

✅ bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline (relevant certifications will be an advantage)

✅ Strong understanding of international engineering standards, codes, and best practices

✅ Experience working on brownfield and greenfield projects, maintenance programs, shutdowns, turnarounds, inspections, and asset integrity initiatives

✅ Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

✅ Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
